Jade Goody’s widower Jack Tweedy says her dying wish was ‘denied’

Jade Goody's husband Jack Tweedy has spoken out in the up-coming ten-year anniversary of of her death

Jack claims that's Jade's dying legacy - to have her children Bobby, 15, and Freddy, 14, privately educated has not been fulfilled.

In unfounded allegations, Jack says he believes it's because much of Jade's fortune was lost to the taxman.

Jack told The Sun: "It would have broken Jade if she’d known. She’d be devastated. I’ve never been able to get my head round it — the person’s dead."

Jade died in 22 March 2009 following a battle with cervical cancer.

The co-creator of Bagpuss and Clangers Peter Firmin sadly passed away this year. At 89-years-old he died after a short illness. Production company Coolabi, who look after the Clangers TV show, confirmed the news in a statement.They said: "We are sad to announce that the artist Peter Firmin has passed away at his home in Kent after a short illness. He was eighty-nine."During a career spanning over six decades, Peter worked with great skill in a remarkably wide variety of creative disciplines as a fine artist, craftsman and author."Of all his work, he will probably be most fondly remembered for the characters he co-created and made."

RIP mate."His cause of death has not been revealed yet but in 2014 the actor revealed he beat bowel cancer.Peter first appeared on Coronation Street back in 1984 for six months but returned in 1995 until 1997. He then made a comeback to the Cobbles from 2006 to 2011.

The former dental nurse had set up lucrative media deals in the days before her death and insisted that the money earned should be used to pay for her children to attend a private school.

Jack and Jade were paid more than £1million by OK! magazine for exclusive access to their wedding, and Jack said Jade insisted he took half of everything they made.

But in 2011, Jade's fortune was almost completely wiped out by debts of £1.8million, because the Big Brother star hadn't paid income tax in the four years before her death.

Jack said of Jade's income: “I didn’t take a penny from her. Nothing. She was lying in the hospital bed trying to buy me a flat. I told her no.

“She wanted to make sure I was alright. She knew I was young. She knew I loved her to absolute pieces. And she knew if she wasn’t there I wouldn’t know what to do."

Jade's children have lived with their dad Jeff Brazier since their mum's passing at 27 years old.

Bobby attends private school but Freddy goes to a state school after struggling to fit in at his private school because of his ADHD.

Late last year, Jeff released a heart-breaking video describing how he and the boys remember Jade at Christmas.
