She laughed: “Yes, I have lost weight but I’ve worked so hard. It’s been a real slog. It's harder to lose the weight the second time round.

“I go to bed hungry. My stomach is rumbling. But that’s how you lose the weight."

The Welsh model, who already has a three-year-old daughter with partner Adam Horsley called Ariana, gave birth to her second child, daughter Sienna, in October, and has lost over two stone since.

And she said it used to amaze her when she would see celebrities spring back into shape so quickly after giving birth like Victoria Beckham and Gisele.

She said: “I think, ‘What? How has this happened?’ It can be so disheartening. It’s important for me to give out the message that this isn’t ‘the norm’ for 90 per cent of women.”

Other celebs attending the charity bash included TV presenter Lizzie Cundy, model Vogue Williams and Emmerdale star Gemma Oaten.

Lizzie, who was showing off her new hair extensions from Pierre Doumit at Leticia Haute Coiffure, added: “Philip’s charity is so important. He works tirelessly to bring attention to gay rights and the stigma surrounding HIV.”
