I’m a Celebrity’s Ferne McCann, Spencer Matthews and Vicky Pattison ‘being held back for a reason’

If, like us, you were slightly disappointed by the first batch of celebs confirmed for I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Her – it looks like they’re saving the best for last!

Yesterday ITV confirmed 10 stars including Susuannah from Trinny and Susannah, Yvette Fielding and Duncan Bannatyne would be entering the jungle later this week and, while we’re sure they’ll be great, we were hoping for a much sexier line-up.

With the exception of Jorgie Porter and maybe bad boy footballer Kieron Dyer, it looks like this year’s contestants would be happy to sit around the fire drinking tea and chatting… which is definitely not what we wanted.

Luckily it’s now been reported that Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, Made In Chelsea hunk Spencer Matthews and TOWIE babe Ferne McCann are being held back as last minute announcements.

Like Jake Quickenden and Edwina Currie from last year’s series but, you know, a lot better.

Ferne, 25, and 27-year-old Vicky were previously embroiled in a very public slanging match, after the Essex girl accused the mouthy Geordie of lying in her autobiography.

She said: “Vicky Pattison’s new autobiography is called Nothing But The Truth. I’m surprised – considering she hasn’t told the whole truth.

“She happily missed out the fact she slept with Charlie [Sims, Ferne’s ex-boyfriend] when we were apart, claiming they only kissed.”

Now Jungle bosses are hoping the reality beauties will re-ignite their feud in the camp – and so are we, if we’re totally honest.

It’s unclear why Spencer is being made to enter the jungle at a later date, but he’ll definitely inject the line-up with some much needed eye candy.
