Huge congratulations are in order for Kirsty-Leigh Porter, who has announced the birth of her baby. Kirsty-Leigh, who is best known for her role as Leela Lomax in Hollyoaks, took to Instagram to announce the wonderful news.

Simply sharing a series of emojis including the rainbow and baby emojis, the 31-year-old posted a beautifully heartwarming photo of her fiancé Paul Barber carrying their newborn out of the hospital.

The actress' fans and famous friends alike were over the moon for her, with hundreds flocking to the comments section to wish Kirsty-Leigh and Paul well.

Her fellow Hollyoaks stars, both past and present, wrote messages of support, including Haiesha Mistry, Anna Shaffer and Mandip Gill.
