Holly Willoughby has shared an incredible throwback photo on Instagram

TV presenter Holly Willoughby has shared a 10 years transformation photo on Instagram and fans can't get enough.

Over the past several months, lots of people have noticed Holly's dramatic weight loss with people asking her every day how she lost weight.

Although the mum-of-three has remained quiet on her transformation, she's recently shared a throwback photo from ten years ago and has compared it to now.

Posting the photo on Instagram, she wrote alongside the image: "Thank you to @hollywillsclub for pointing out that these 2 photos were taken 10 years and a day apart! ... bizarre coincidence... time flies when your having fun and all that..."

It sure does Holly and she looks incredible in both photos!

Lots of fans rushed to compliment the Dancing on Ice presenter, with one person writing: " I have to say you look awesome in both but absolutely schmoking in the most recent one!! 😍 "

Someone else said: "Wow u look even more beautiful now and stunning in both dresses x"

A third wrote: "Aged like a fine wine 😚🔥😍😍 "

Another commented: "How it is you look more beautiful now you have had kids! #mummygoals"

One more added: "You haven’t aged a day!"

Although some people criticised the yummy mummy for her weight loss, one person wrote: "Looks better with a bit of meat on her bones"

Another said: "Absolutely stunning but please don’t lose anymore weight ❤️

Someone else added: "U look like a beautiful woman on the left, you’ve lost to much weight and your shape, why do all women around 40 want to look like a lollipop, with a head to big for their body?"

One more commented: "She got way too skinny that what happened to the boobs"

We think Holly looks incredible in both photos and if it's not obvious enough that we're huge fans when we copy all her This Morning outfits and Dancing on Ice dresses, we're pretty sure our obsession with all her rainbow clothes is.

In the past, the 36-year-old star has revealed why she won't share her health plans with the public. She told Prima Magazine: "I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.

"As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing."

She added: "I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders.

"I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people's diets."
