Holly jetted off to an unknown destination with her family last week, but she revealed that she very nearly didn’t get on the plane.
She recently revealed on This Morning that she has had a terrible fear of flying from a young age.
Holly began to seek help from The Speakmans, who regularly appear on the show as life coaches, to try and cure her phobia.
Luckily for Holly, the couple worked their magic just before she jetted of on holiday.
She even sent in a picture of herself on the plane, with a statement of her progress:
“I felt so much more relaxed. I could look out of the window without seeing the ground coming towards me!”
“I’m so so happy and it’s such a relief to travel with the children knowing I’m not passing on any of my anxiety to them. Thank you so so much!”
