Last year the iconic lads' magazine made the sad announcement that it was closing, after launching in 1985, and 34-year-old Holly Willoughby has opened up about being picked to front the last publication.
Speaking yesterday on ITV's This Morning, she said: "I was so nervous about doing it. I loved it when I was there. But when they asked me to do it, I was like, 'Really?'
"I think my days might've gone... Mum of three now. But that kind of was part of the reason I did it as well."
Holly's co-host Phillip Schofield praised her for the gorgeous shots, saying: "It's a great pic. What an honour as well to be on the last one."
In the cover shot, Holly looks as glamorous as ever in an off-the-shoulder black dress a she blows a kiss at the camera.
During the show, showbiz host Rylan Clark joked Holly should have stripped off for the magazine.
He said: "You look lovely, we're very proud of you. But I think you should have gone the full whack. It's the last one, you should've just let go for the lads."
And Holly's response is one we're sure will have a lot of people running for their local newsagents.
She teased: "Do you? Well you wait until you see the back page!"
Holly also posted an emotional tribute to the magazine on Instagram. Sharing her cover, she wrote: “It’s the end of an era and to be part of the final issue before FHM takes its place on the big shelf in the sky, has been a real honour. Thanks @fhmagram I’ll miss you xxx [sic].”
