This Morning bosses are forward thinking because - despite a lot of other companies not having equal pay - they finally increased Holly Willoughby's salary to the same amount as her male co-host Phillip Schofield.
After it came to light that Phil was being paid waaaaay more than Holly, she ended up bagging a £200,000 pay rise for the ITV daytime television show.
Back in 2018 Dancing on Ice returned following a four year break and ITV bosses decided that both Holly and Phil would have a £200k salary for the show.
They soon realised that Holly should be paid the same amount as Phil on the ITV daytime television show too.
It was previously reported that Phil made a whopping £600k on This Morning while Holly was making £400k but now they're both on the same wage.
A source explained to the Mirror, "It seemed ridiculous they were going to get paid the same fee for Dancing on Ice but Holly was lagging behind on This Morning.
"Quite rightly, that has now been rectified and they both earn exactly the same."
Wowza.
Before Phil's salary came to light Holly had no idea how much her best friend was earning from his job on This Morning.
"We've never spoken about it. The thing is, it's a really difficult question to answer because I think you have to trust in your employer really.
"You have to trust that they respect you in that way, and I would hope our employer would respect me," she told The Sun.

She also confessed that she thought the gender pay gap was "outrageous", explaining, "I mean there's no reason for it at all.
"If you have two equally qualified people who have been doing something for the same amount of time then there is absolutely no excuse."

Despite quitting the lifestyle brand Truly and stepping down as a Coca Cola ambassador, Holly is estimated to make around £800k from This Morning and Dancing on Ice alone.
And that's not including her job on Celebrity Juice and her lucrative deals with Garnier and Marks and Spencer.

In 2017 it was reported that Holly was set to become the UK's richest female television presenter however last year Amanda Holden apparently took that title after allegedly signing a £2.5m radio presenting deal.
Err, pretty sure we're in the wrong career...
