Holly Willoughby and Dan Baldwin have three children together; 7-year-old Harry, 5-year-old Belle, and little Chester, who will turn two in September.
However it seems as if motherhood was always on the cards for the blonde TV presenter.
In fact, if she’d never met her husband, she’s now admitted that she would have gone ahead as a solo parent, and would have used a sperm donor to ensure she could have kids of her own.
Sitting down on ITV’s This Morning, Holly said frankly: “I would have [used a sperm donor].
“I always said that if I hadn’t been lucky enough to meet Dan and I got to an age when I thought that time was ticking, I would definitely have gone it on my own.
“100 per cent."
The 35-year-old TV presenter, who has been married to Dan Baldwin since 2007, may be a career woman - but she’s made no secret about the fact that she absolutely adores family life.
She recently said: “Since Chester’s come along, the family feels in a good place. Three just feels like a good number.
“We’re very happy, lucky and blessed with what we have.”
Speaking about her brood, she told Newsletter: “I think the biggest thing I’ve learnt along the way is just to give yourself a break.
“We’re all so worried about doing everything so perfectly, and actually, all they need is your time and your love. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it’s true.”
She described her eldest son as a football fanatic, explaining that he loves nothing more than sitting down to watch sport with his dad.
And little Belle is footy mad too!
“She’s girly, but she’s also a bit of a tomboy too,” explained Holly.
“She’s got a little team she plays for, but she’ll be playing it in a Cinderella dress!”
That sounds like a genius idea to us!
