It is believed that Holly (who has taken her husband's name) was hoping to reveal the pregnancy to the public on her own terms but an Australian magazine - Woman's Day - ran a set of pictures of the star relaxing on a yacht during a holiday in Italy in which a baby bump was clearly visible.
Holly, 30, had sought an injunction to stop the pictures being published but it was too late - Woman's Day had printed 27,000 copies of the magazine which was sent to subscribers. It is believed the star is around 5 months pregnant, though this has not been confirmed.
Ruling on the injunction case, Justice Michael Pembroke said due to the publication of the magazine, it was impossible to get an injunction.
He said: 'If the objective of the plaintiff is to protect her own opportunity to reveal the fact of her pregnancy at a time of her choosing, then that opportunity has been lost by the events which have occurred.
There is no point in restraining the defendant from further distributing copies that remain as part of the print run for this issue.'
Finally at 30 I am coming round to the idea of babies and Nick, at 40, is well and truly ready. I think he might just get his way. I can see it now: I will be the bad cop – the strict one – and he will be the fabulous, fun dad!'
