Poor Tina Hobley!
The Holby star has been diligently practicing out on the slopes for reality show The Jump, like any good contestant.
However the actress has been rushed to hospital after one of the ground team broke her concentration during a ski jump.
Doctors soon confirmed that Tina has dislocated her elbow.
Thankfully the mum-of-three has since been discharged, but she has been forced to pull out of the skiing show.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said: "The Jump adheres to the strictest safety protocols to ensure that the health and safety of the competitors is always paramount.
"Tina's fall was caused by simple human error when members of the ground crew failed to clear the outrun.
"All those involved have been spoken to and extra procedures have now been put in place by the producers to ensure that this will not happen again.
"We're very sorry to lose Tina from the competition and wish her a very speedy recovery."
But, despite her injuries, Tina has proven to be an absolute trooper about it all.
Speaking to The Mirror, she said that she’s even hoping to come back next year!
She said: "I am in a lot of pain and I'm very upset to be leaving in these circumstances.
"This fall wasn't my fault and as I was doing so well in the competition it's very frustrating.
"I've been invited back to compete next year and I really hope I can do that."
