The 24-year-old actress has mastered morning sickness, or, more importantly, learned how to avoid it.
She took to Twitter to share her knowledge. “Good little tip if your struggling with morning sickness (and have not figured it out already)[sic],” she wrote.
“Stick to cold meats as hot meals can bring on a smell that can set off your sickness. I’m still on cold foods. I have lots of healthy salads and sandwiches xxx”
If you’re stuck for lunch and snack ideas, Helen has that sorted too. She added: “My fave lunch at the moment is Pret. #falafelwrap and green goodness drink #yum.”She later posted: “Love salted popcorn.”
The former Coronation Street star is convinced her and Scott are having a boy and has already named him.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Helen said: “Scott’s known I’ve wanted to be a mum since pretty early in our relationship. So when I turned 24 we both felt it was time to finally have a baby.”
“A mum is really everything I’ve genuinely wanted to be. I think it’s the best thing you can be!
“I’m convinced it’s a boy – I love the name Flynn.”
