Helen – who caused controversy by posting a picture online of herself posing in a black lacy bra with a gun to her head in December, just days after a US school shooting massacre – strongly denies the “bimbo” label she's been stuck with.

"It’s horrible being judged and it does affect me, I can’t say it doesn’t. I know the real me – I speak to my family, boyfriend and friends and make my own judgement. I’m not perfect, but I’m a normal girl and I don’t get why people are so nasty. It would be nice if people weren’t so hateful. I’m a nice girl!”

At the time, she said of the gun photo: “It’s taught me a lesson and I do think twice about what I post now.”

“I had a little wobble the other day and worried my anxiety was back, so maybe I’ll always struggle, but the way to deal with it is to always push yourself. If you’re scared, just do it. I like focusing on my career and I’m very settled with my boyfriend, so it’s a balance of things. I’m feeling really positive and happy.”
