Helen Flanagan hasn’t been able to contain her happiness on becoming a mum to her three-month-old daughter Matilda with footballer Scott Sinclair regularly sharing her joy on Twitter.
And pals say motherhood has helped Helen Flanagan come out of her depression. Helen, 25, bravely admitted in 2012 that she’d been secretly battling depression and bipolar disorder and, at her lowest ebb, even considered ending her life. But now pals say she’s finally conquered her demons.
A source says: “Helen’s been on cloud nine since having Matilda. She’s told friends motherhood has helped bring her out of her depression and stopped her dark thoughts. She said that having her daughter is like having a constant happy pill. She feels like a completely different person.”
