In an interview this week, the I'm a Celeb star and glamour model revealed that they were back together, and that she believes 'if you love someone you've got to make it work.'
She added: 'I think the time apart probably did us some good. We got together when we were really young - when I was, like, 19, so it's kind of hard.'
And Helen admitted she is used to being treated like a princess by the footballer, who plays for West Bromwich. 'Scott's really good with me. I'm always running around so he's the one who'll run me a bath when I come in.'
But she promises she doesn't boss him around - although it is a constant struggle to find out his schedule week by week, admitting that she needs to know what her plans are going to be.
Helen has appeared beind the scenes on this year's I'm a Celebrity, after appearing on the show as a contestant last year. Since her rise to fame on the show, she has posed for a number of lads mags which she says she enjoys, but claims her mum isn't too happier with her racier shots.
'Mum just rang me and said she wasn't very impressed and my dad didn't say anything' said the star.
