Charlie Clements (Bradley Branning)

Sonny has since completed a law degree at the University of Manchester, working as a paralegal. Miles away from underage drinking a pint at The Dog, eh!
Helen, 27, took to Instagram to lament the way her body looked before she fell pregnant - but it was her comments about weight loss that really got fans' tongues wagging.
Posting a bikini snap from her holiday in Dubai last September, Helen wrote: "I put my figure after having Matilda purely down to breastfeeding, which for me sped up my metabolism - I didn’t go to the gym or diet once."
Obviously, every new mum is completely different, so what works for one won't necessarily work for the other - and fans were not happy that Helen was promoting breastfeeding as a weight loss tool.
Many took to the comments section to berate Helen for "showing off," with one writing: "Just feeding my daughter as we speak, seeing this really doesn’t help. I mean good for you if you're one of the lucky ones but posts like this really don’t help new mummy’s feeling like shit because they don’t look like that."
Others lamented over the fact that they didn't look like Helen, and one person commented: "I wish breastfeeding had done this for me!" while another added: "I breastfed and I'm still looking for my abs five years later!"
One wrote: "I certainly don’t look like this after breastfeeding my daughter," and one panicked mum commented: "Am I the only one who has put weight on whilst breastfeeding?!! Can't stop eating!!! Makes me so hungry!"
However, some agreed with Helen, as one wrote: "I lost my baby weight by breastfeeding too, it’s not the easiest thing in the world but pays off in more ways than one."
