The Hills and Celebrity Big Brother stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt announced they were expecting their first baby earlier this month
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag announced the happy news earlier this month that they are expecting a baby - the first baby for the couple who have been together for ten years.
Although the pair are not exactly POPULAR in the UK thanks to their controversial appearance in the Celebrity Big Brother house earlier this year, everyone was surprised to hear their happy news.
The pair's expected due date is 19 October, meaning that Heidi is just over three months pregnant.
And Spencer has now shared some behind-the-scenes footage with his social media fans by posting a video in an Instagram story of his wife, whose The Hills co-stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port are also pregnant.
In the video, Heidi can be seen rearranging a seat belt as she struggles to find a comfortable position over her blossoming baby bump.
He hilariously - or insensitively? - captioned the photos with "Prego probs", suggesting that this is something Heidi has to deal with on a regular basis.
But he then shared another gorgeous black and white photo of his wife with her hand resting on her bump taken by a lake.
It's safe to say that Heidi looks as though she's loving pregnancy so far - she's positively glowing!
In an interview with Us Weekly, Heidi revealed that she really is loving it: "I have never been more excited!"
Heidi, who has admitted to having "really bad" morning sickness, said: "The reality is sinking in that we are going to have a child! I've read every pregnancy book, and now I realise I don't know anything."
Spencer added: "It's just the click-click-click of the roller coaster going up. That's how I feel right now."
Heidi also revealed that she was glad they had waited to have children: "It's so fulfilling, and I'm mostly just grateful. I've been with the love of my life for 10 years, and now we’re starting our own family."
