They've dodged endless split rumours during their turbulent seven-year romance, but, as Scott Disick's drink problems continue to worsen, pals say his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian has reached breaking point.
Insiders reveal Kourtney, who is due to give birth to the couple's third child this month – has told Scott, 31, she can't help with his anxiety or addiction issues any longer and she prefers to go forward as a single mum.

"But he's failed to overcome his issues and she feels stupid for all the time, effort and times she spent in trying to change him."
In a recent episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons, Scott was seen checking into rehab for substance abuse and heavy drinking.
During the show, Kourtney confined in her model sister, Kendall Jenner, saying: "Scott's severely depressed. He makes up whatever pills he thinks he needs to take, and then if you drink with it, I don't think it's good."
Scott insisted that he has been taking medication in a bid to help him cope with the loss of his parents, Jeffrey and Bonnie, who died within three months of each other.
He said: "I think my anxiety, especially coming to New York and my parents not being around any more and her (Kourtney) pregnant – it just feels like it's coming down on me."
