Here at Closer we open goop with a mix of fascination and, we can admit it, downright envy as we gawp at Gwyn's designer wardrobe, stylish home and model family.

And this week Gwyneth outdid herself, sharing her personal photo album from a dream trip to Indonesia.

Gwyneth took her children, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7, to explore the islands of the Indonesian archipelago, travelling on board a beautiful sail boat as she took in the stunning location.

The family stayed on this gorgeous sailboat as they explored the islands

In her own words: 'Never did I imagine that we would run our hands through the dark ocean at night and watch it light up with phosphorous, see a Komodo dragon in the wild, swim over a massive sea turtle, or be taught to make native dishes in situ'

Gwyn shares snaps of the local food, walks around the islands with the kids, days spent on the beach and the glorious accomodation she spent the trip enjoying.

The actress, who has launched apps and a clothing line as part of her goop lifestyle brand, also shared sweet details of her young children. Son Moses became a pro at lighting rice paper lanterns while in another picture Gwyneth can be seen walking side by side with daughter Apple as they go on the hunt for Kimono dragons.

And one picture (below) shows the fearless kids leaping into the water from the edge of their boat.
