Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh has shared the happy news that she’s expecting her third child with her husband, former boyband-er Justin Scott.
The news comes after Kimberley and her former bandmates were forced to cancel their planned Christmas reunion with Sarah Harding, who is currently battling breast cancer.
Speaking about their impeding arrival Kimberley said, “For the family, it's been a bit of light in the distance and something to look towards and get excited about, and plan for.
"Because it’s my third it’s going to pop out a little bit quicker,” she added. “And I do tend to have quite big bumps."
Despite being 15 weeks pregnant Kimberley admitted she was forced to attend her 12-week scan alone while Justin cared for their sons Bobby, five, and Cole, three, after a Covid outbreak at their school.
"We have to accept there’s going to be a few things like that thrown at us along the way,” she explained in an interview with OK! magazine.

And she admitted she’d wanted to avoid telling the rest of the group by text, adding, “I didn't really want to tell them over text. We were hoping we were all going to get together before Christmas with Sarah but with restrictions it's been so tricky.

Sarah was tragically diagnosed with breast cancer back in August, and told fans that the disease had spread to other parts of her body.

Earlier this month she thanked fans for their ongoing support and announced she was working on her first autobiography.
Taking to Instagram to announce the project, Sarah wrote, "Hi everyone. Thank you so much for all the messages of love and support that I’ve received since my last post.
"Everyone has been so kind and reading your comments and DMs has been such a huge source of strength to me. I can’t deny that things are tough right now but I’m fighting as hard as I possibly can and being as brave as I know how."
