Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice sparked romance rumours after sharing a photo last week of himself kissing Alexandra Burke on the cheek, captioned with "Miss you!!!❤️ @"alexandraburke".
Alexandra reposted this onto her Instagram and said, "I miss you more baby!! @pernicegiovann1".
Hmm.
Speculation quickly began to surround the pair but in a recent interview Giovanni has confirmed that they are both just friends.
In the interview with OK! Magazine, Giovanni has said, "Me and Alexandra are super friends for like four years.
"She did Strictly and we've been friends since then, we also have the same agent."
He continued, "That's it. We are really, really good friends. I'm a massive fan of Alexandra, I am beyond a fan of her voice, but there is nothing there."
Alexandra appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017 and partnered with Gorka Márquez, while Giovanni was paired with Debbie McGee and both couples made it to the final.

Previous to these rumours, there were also romance rumours surrounding Giovanni and Ranvir Singh at the end of 2020, and throughout their time on Strictly together.
Viewers claimed the pair would become part of the 'Strictly Curse' as they saw chemistry between them both.
Ranvir has previously opened up to Closer magazine about her son's relationship with Giovanni, "My son is super-excited about it all. He’s so cute and lovely and is a massive supporter of the both of us.
"If I ever FaceTime him, the only thing he says is, ‘Is Gio there? Is Gio…?’. All he wants to do is to be like Giovanni – he adores him! He really is a lovely, sweet little thing."
