Georgia Kousoulou has been loved up with TOWIE co-star Tommy Mallet since getting together in September last year and says they are planning to take their relationship to the next level in 2016.
She says: “We’re definitely ready to move in together and get a place of our own. That’s the next step - 2016 will be about setting up a home together.
Georgia, 24, is renowned for her toned size 8 figure and follows a healthy diet and doesn’t believe in cutting foods out which is why she’s promoting a balanced and healthy diet over Christmas.
She’s launched Christmas Carbs – a series of festive greetings cards that take a light-hearted look at odd diets people can follow this time of year and to remind people not to cut carbs out entirely.
Georgia says: “Christmas is my favourite time of year it’s about indulging and treating yourself. But it’s also about getting all dressed up and looking your best so it can be a struggle to balance all the Christmas food and drink with a tight LBD! I’ve learnt that preparation is key- I grab a couple of slices of toast when I’m doing my makeup before I go out so that by the time I’m at the party I don’t go mad at the canapé table or need a 2am meal from the fridge when I get home! Bread keeps me fuller for longer."
