According to reports, former rugby player George was spotted in their hometown of Crowborough, East Sussex, despite the judge giving him a no contact order.
A source spoke to The Sun, claiming: "Locals spotted him taking the dog for a walk and he only left to go home on Monday morning because he was due in court.”
Kerry and George, both 35, called time on their marriage in October last year – just 13 months after saying ‘I do’.
At the time, it was reported George allegedly assaulted his wife, with who he shares daughter, Dylan-Jorge Rose. George is said to deny the claims.
Discussing George’s return to the marital home, the source added: “It’s surprising behaviour from both of them but especially George.”
It’s expected that George will stand trial in April and that Kerry will give evidence in the case.
After being released on bail, George allegedly asked Judge David Rennie if he could break his ‘no contact’ order to get his hair cut in Crowborough.
He is said to have responded: “No, that’s slightly daft. You can get your hair cut somewhere else.”
