Vicky was accused of assaulting a security guard at the club as well, which she also admitted to.
Her lawyer, Anthony O’Donohoe, said in court: ‘Ice was thrown at the defendant and her friend, Charlotte, who also appears on a well-known television show.'
‘They mistakenly thought the direction the ice came from was the booth Miss Kelso was in.’
He continued: ‘There was a brief altercation. Security quickly moved in and as she was being pulled away she threw her shoes in the general direction of Miss Kelso and Miss Burns.’
The judge on the case, Brian Forster QC, then said: ‘I have looked at the summary of this case, I take into account your character and can indicate the court will not consider any form of custodial sentence.’
Vicky is famous for appearing in MTV’s Geordie Shore, a reality TV show that follows the alcohol fuelled drama of several Newcastle natives.
Since the assault, Vicky has cut back on her alcohol consumption in exchange for a healthier lifestyle and has recently been sporting a trim size 6 figure.
