The 27-year-old Geordie claimed that, following her split from Ricci Guarnaccio, Mario, also 27, tried to pursue her on Twitter.
She told the Mirror Online: "When I first lost all me weight, Mario from TOWIE tried to put a bit of a shift in."
Suggesting that she's disappointed it didn't go anywhere, Vicky added: "It was ages ago. But I messed that one up.
"I told him I thought he was a bit of a bad boy. But then I saw him the other week and he was lovely to us. He seems so loved up with his new girlfriend."
While Vicky and Mario just remained friends, Vicky blasted Geordie Shore's Marnie, 21, for her relationship with 24-year-old Ricky.
She said: "I reckon there's a good chance Marnie's hoping to make an appearance on TOWIE with Ricky."
Ricky only split from former long-term girlfriend Jessica Wright, 29, at the end of last year, and Vicky doesn't think he and Marnie are being very sensitive.
She continued: "My heart just goes out to Jess in all of this. It's all very good you moving on mate, but I just think have a bit of consideration.
"Jess is a lady and she's being the more dignified one in the situation so fair play to her. Because I like Jess, and I think Jess is such a nice person and she's been through enough.
"I'd like to think Marnie wouldn't make an appearance on TOWIE for that reason. It's just rubbing salt in the wound."
