Gary Barlow has given his hair an image overhaul after going from brown to peroxide blonde.

The Take That star unveiled his new look at the opening of their Wonderland Live 2017 tour in Birmingham on Friday night.

And he gave fans a closer look on Saturday morning by posting a picture of his lighter locks on Twitter.

The singer captioned the image: “Having much more fun with blonde hair!”

His fans were quick to compliment him, with one of Friday’s concertgoers tweeting: “When you came out last night with that blonde hair I almost died.”

Another person wrote: “Jesus christ almighty I’m in love.”

And someone else responded: “Looks amazing! You look younger, I think!”

This is not the first time Gary has sported this hair colour as he had dyed blonde hair early on in his Take That days.

Gary and his bandmates Mark Owen and Howard Donald kicked off their tour as a three-piece yesterday evening.

And the trio recently pleased their fans Down Under by announcing they will be touring in Australia under the Take That name for the first time in 22 years.

Gary told the Daily Telegraph: “Australia is one of our favourite places in the world. We’re really excited to be coming back to see our Aussie fans and perform some of our greatest hits.”
