The clip first surfaced two years ago and it is thought the ban 26-year-old Tulisa put in place could mean legal penalties for whoever posted it this time.

The leak will no doubt be putting pressure on the former N-Dubz singer, as she prepares to make her music comeback after a turbulent year.

TULISA: "I WORK OUT EVERYDAY TO LOOK THIS GOOD"

Speaking at the time of the original leak, Tulisa said: "When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love and trust, you never imagine for one minute that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK."

Meanwhile despite the fact Simon Cowell has admitted he is trying to work out a more permanent X Factor position for Tulisa, following her appearance at Louis Walsh's judge's houses, it's been reported that she will not be performing her new music on the show.

This is sure to come as a blow to Tulisa's plans, as Cheryl's performance on Sunday night's results show, despite being shrouded in controversy, sent her new single rocketing to the top of the charts.

She will release her new single Living Without You on December 7, after spending most of the last year in court, accused of being concerned with the supply of a Class A drug.
