The 23-year-old tweeted a snap of a pink love heart shaped sparkler, confirming she is engaged to Andrew Goy, 33.

Andrew has allegedly spent time in prison for attacking two former partners, and those closest to Josie want her to call it off.

A source told the Mirror: "Friends and family are doing everything possible to call off the engagement."

According to reports, Andrew was given a 21 month sentence after a rage on an ex partner left her with a broken jaw and cheekbone.

But a spokesperson for Josie said that Andrew is turning his life around and has been honest with her from the start of their relationship.

He told the newspaper: "Andy has been very open and honest with Josie from the beginning.

"It's important to stress that since leaving prison in 2009, Andy has taken every opportunity to turn his life around, and this is without doubt the happiest Josie has been in a very long time."

Mum-of-three Josie – who gave birth to daughter Grace earlier this year – recently teased that she could be expecting Andrew's child.

She also admitted earlier this month that she'd accidentally told the wrong man that he is Grace's father, after getting the DNA tests mixed up.
