The 26-year-old was left traumatised from the attack, which took place in a popular Essex nightclub.
Frankie was with her boyfriend John Lyons and TOWIE stars Chloe Sims and Elliot Wright when she was attacked.
Frankie told a UK newspaper that she was in the nightclub toilet when a group of girls jumped her.
"They were literally pulling out clumps of my hair. They were really going for it. I was scared they might pull out a knife or a smashed bottle,” she said.
The former reality star believes that she was targeted for starring in TOWIE.
"They were screaming 'Who do you f**king thing you are!” she said. "They were punching, scratching, pulling. I threw myself to the floor and curled into a ball trying to protect myself."
Frankie’s boyfriend John claims he heard a group of girls saying that they were going to ‘do Frankie Essex.’
"When John told me what he had heard I realised they must have targeted me because of TOWIE," Frankie told the newspaper.
Sam and Billie Faiers fell victim to a vicious nightclub attack in 2011.
