Former Saturdays star Frankie Bridge has opened up for the first time about being a step-mum to her husband Wayne’s teenaged son from a previous relationship – although she's admitted that she doesn’t think of herself as a step parent.
During an Instagram Q&A with fans where Frankie asked for their ‘assumptions’ about her, one fans brought up the topic of Wayne’s son Jaydon.
“It's not something I talk about much as him and his mum aren't in the same industry as us,” she admitted.
“So I keep that part of our life private. I've also never really chosen to be called a step parent.
"He has his parents, I'm just a bonus family! Ha."
Wayne shares 14-year-old Jaydon with his ex, French model Vanessa Perroncel, who he was with from 2005 to 2009.
