This year Frankie Bridge is supporting the Superdrug and P&G FeelSuper Campaign. In 2015 it raised £200,000 for Marie Curie who care and support terminally ill people.

We attended the Feel Super pop-up beauty salon and spoke to the gorgeous Frankie Bridge...

How did you get involved with the Feel Super campaign?

They asked me to get involved and I've done quite a lot for Marie Curie in the past with The Saturdays, so it just kind of seemed like a natural thing for me to be involved with.

I like the campaign because it's so easy for people to be involved. I'm not asking everyone to go out of their way and spend loads of money - one purchase makes a donation so you can just stock up on things that you already need like a toothbrush, toothpaste and Pampers and you're helping Marie Curie.

Do you have any beauty favourites?

Olay have got this two in one glow - it's hydrating and gives you a little bit of coverage. I think it's nice in the day as you don't want to be slapping loads on and it makes you look nice and natural and fresh.

What are your favourite high street products?

Max Factor do a really good mascara. I'm someone that has spent loads of money on mascaras in the past and they're good for one minute and then they go cloggy and then you've got to buy another one, you know? Whereas I've had the same Max Factor mascara for ages and it's still going strong and I still love it.

How are you finding life as a mum of two?

It's good, it's manic.

It's sometimes hard work, especially when I'm working, but it's fun. They're getting to that age where they're starting to play together, and there's nothing better than just being able to see them enjoy each other.

Do Parker and Carter get along?

Yeah, they do. I mean don't get me wrong they have their moments!

The eldest doesn't particularly like sharing. He does that older sibling thing that my sister would do to me! I would want something really good, and she would pick up something really rubbish and try and convince me that's what I really wanted!

And that's the thing that Parker does to Carter. He's like: "Here you go!" and takes something rubbish and takes the good toy.

Do you have any tips for parents to help their children get along?

I'm still learning all the time. I think it just comes with time. The age gap is quite small for my two, but it seems so big because ones a real baby and the other one is a toddler.

I think just be patient and wait. Carter's starting to walk and he's starting to talk a little bit so it seems like the gap is closing … And I do think it's true what people say, it's really hard for the first six months and then it gets a bit easier. I think just be patient and wait.

Do you think you'll have more children?

I don't know. I had those two quite close together and at the minute I'm enjoying being able to go back to work, and see my friends more. Wayne and I have a little more time together to be able to just enjoy them!

I think when you've got a baby it becomes so much about the baby - you're just trying to get everything done! Now they're a little bit easier and I can just have fun with them, so if I did [have more children] they'd have to both be at school.

Do you enjoy having play dates with other mums?

Obviously I've made friends with mums which is nice. It is handy to get them together but I always think it's more about you having a catch up really, and you're like 'Go play, go on!' but it's nice.

Parker goes to nursery now so he's making little friends which is cute.

Do you have any advice for stay at home mums?

I think just try and get yourself out and go to groups. It can be really daunting but loads of mums are in the same position and it's great for when you want to have an adult conversation.

Any advice for working mums?

Well my husband is retired, so I'm really lucky.

When I'm out working I know that he's at home with them. But I think that the key is to use the help, whether that comes from family or friends.

If someone offers to help out, take it because you'll always get that mum guilt - that's going to be stuck with you forever! Sometimes you have to just say, "No, I'm going out tonight with the girls," It's important for you and the kids.

Do you find it difficult to have date night with the kids?

No, because luckily both of our parents are always desperate to have the boys if we ever want to go cinema, or go for dinner.

But I think it's pretty important to get that time together because happy a couple makes happy kids. Even if it's just going to the cinema - let's be honest, you're just sitting next to each other but it's nice to be able to chill out together.

Finally, can you see The Saturdays reuniting any time soon?

We're not split up so the option is always there.

At the minute there are no plans, but we all get on so never say never!
