I’m a Celeb finalist Frankie Bridge has spilled all on how she managed to stay looking so gorgeous during her stay at Grywch Castle, including an ingenious hack to keep her eyebrows looking groomed.
Frankie – who returned to her husband Wayne and two sons earlier this month after placing third on the show – revealed that while they had shampoo and conditioner in camp styling appliances weren’t allowed and her hair stayed looking shiny thanks to not using heat on it.
She added, “I had my brows micro bladed and laminated before going into isolation. I used to do my brows with my toothbrush and a bar of soap to keep them in place.
“I also had short lashes on which fell out at the show went on. I’ve never had that permanent make up thing done. My skin, I actually had three big spots whilst I was in there. That made me really self conscious. But I think in general it looked clear cos we were eating a clean diet.”
That simple, ey?
Brb, just going to get as hot as Frankie Bridge after a month sleeping on a camp bed.

Frankie caused quite the commotion when she left the show last weekend, with fans convinced the star was hiding a secret.
When the stars leave the camp, they are traditionally greeted with a glass of champagne as they chat to Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. However, eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Frankie opted to drink orange juice during her interview, leaving fans convinced that this meant the star was expecting a baby.
One fan wrote, "Did nobody notice she drank orange juice everyone else had fizz🤰?!" complete with a pregnancy emoji, while another added, "I thought that."
But despite recently admitting she was "always broody", it turns out that Frankie actually doesn’t drink alcohol at all, and told Millie Gooch on the Sober Girl Society podcast that she’d quit after struggling with her mental health.

Speaking of her infamous rice argument with camp mate Naughty Boy, Frankie said in her exit interview, "I’m not someone who cooks, especially rice, I love a bit of microwaveable rice, so I’ve got no idea.
"There seemed to be some sort of rice gate... I hate confrontation. I was trying to explain to Naughty that the whole rice pudding thing, we’re not saying it’s rice pudding, this is how we just did it previously… but he didn’t let me finish, so it ended up being a slight confrontation.
"But 10 minutes later, it was absolutely fine. You live at home with the people you love and they annoy you sometimes.
"We met on the show and had to learn to live with each other very quickly, so these things will happen.”
