The 26-year-old and husband Wayne, 34, are already parents to 17-month-old son Parker and confirmed she was expecting again in January.
But, like most mums-to-be, Frankie is still having to adjust to her changing body, despite it being her second time.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Frankie said: “It’s like a year when you don’t have any control. I was just starting to feel like myself again and then I got pregnant!”
She might be 1/5 of one of The Saturdays but Frankie still feels insecure when she sees other pregnant celebrities in magazines.
She continued: “Even me, in the situation I’m in, I still look at women in magazines who popped straight back to size 8 or stayed a size 8 throughout the pregnancy and their body didn’t change a bit.
“I wish I could do that, but it’s just not reality for me and I think women really do feel the pressure to look a certain way.”
Frankie confirmed she plans to have another c-section with the new baby and revealed that she and Wayne have some unusual keepsakes from the last birth.
“[Wayne] just kept putting the camera over [the screen]! We’ve got some cools pictures of Parker coming out of me, which might be gross to some people, but at the time he didn’t really look,” she said.
Frankie’s Saturdays band mate Una Foden recently gave birth to her second child, son Tadhg, and she said it helps having other mothers in the band.
She said: “Because we’ve all seen each other do it and everyone knows how you’re feeling. Even Mollie [King] and Vanessa [White], because they’ve seen it so many times!”
