Frankie Boyle has taken to his Twitter page to launch a vile attack on Kate Middleton, following the news that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their first child.
After thousands of celebrities tweeted their congratulations to the royal couple, the former Mock The Week star wrote: ‘Can’t believe Kate Middleton’s pregnant. That cow told me she was on the pill.’
He then added: ‘The only reason Kate Middleton’s pregnant is she doesn’t have t*** worth finishing on.’
And despite a number of fans calling the comedian ‘harsh,’ he went on to make a dig at the fact that Kate is currently in hospital after being diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a form of severe morning sickness.
‘Can’t believe Kate Middleton’s pregnant. That cow told me she was on the pill.’
‘Who the f*** goes to hospital with morning sickness? Someone carrying an enraged lizard foetus that's about to rip them apart like Alien’ he tweeted.
And this wasn’t the only tweeting the 40-year-old took part in this week. X Factor finalist James Arthur also felt the wrath of his controversial sense of humour, as he became involved in a heated Twitter row with the comedian after the show’s semi-final at the weekend.
The star – who came under scrutiny in June 2011 after making an offensive joke about Jordan’s disabled son Harvey – took to his Twitter page to comment on James’ appearance, calling him ‘a cross between a tramp and a duckling.’
But James, 24, did not let it lie, responding: ‘Poor old man making yet more s*** jokes about X Factor because he knows that’s the only way he can get attention anymore #prat.’
‘Your (sic) about as funny as aids. You’re a sad man and I can’t wait to see you coz it’s about time someone gave you a reality check.’
But, Boyle didn’t stop there: ‘I think if I wanted attention I’d sing covers on a talent show, inked up like a schooldesk in a remedial class’ before bombarding the singer with tweets telling him to lighten up.
James – who joins Christopher Maloney and Jahmene Douglas in the X Factor final next week – replied: ‘So apparently I need a sense of humour. Or do you mean a sick mind and loser mentality?’
‘Your (sic) about as funny as aids. You’re a sad man and I can’t wait to see you coz it’s about time someone gave you a reality check.’
Not being unable to resist the last word, the former Mock The Week star tweeted: ‘No hard feelings. When I see you I’ll throw some money in your hat’ to which James responded: ‘I have a feeling I’ll be alright pal.’
This comes after Katie Price officially logged a complaint about the comedian in 2011 after he made an offensive joke about her disabled son.
Frankie took to his Channel 4 show Tramadol Nights, which is watched by one million viewers to launch his attack. He said: 'Jordan and Peter Andre are still fighting each other over custody of Harvey - eventually one of them will lose and have to keep him.'
Katie Price replied with: 'I love him and am deeply proud to be his mother. If Mr Boyle had a tenth of his courage and decency he would know that to suggest, let alone think funny, that Harvey may sexually attack me is vile and deeply unfair.
' 'Mr Boyle clearly has serious issues and those that give him a TV platform to say such disgusting things need to look at themselves very honestly. He then added: 'I have a theory about the reason Jordan married a cage fighter - she needed a man strong enough to stop Harvey from f****** her...
