Holly's co-host, Philip Schofield, and Amanda Holden, who is covering Holly's position while she is away, looked pleasantly shocked by her sudden appearance.
The 33 year old presenter seemed slightly hesitant about just wandering on to the stage, saying: 'I’m good. I was so nervous though, I was like, 'Oh my God, can I go on? Can I go on?'"

Holly gave birth to son, Chester, in September and was happy to report that the little one was doing "really good. He’s six weeks today – he’s here, my mums got him, he’s fine".
No photos of the newborn have been released yet, as Holly seems eager to keep the newborn away from the public eye for as long as she can, but she looked happy, healthy and flourishing in the what she called the 'chaos' of motherhood.
