Channel 4’s First Dates is one of our absolute guilty pleasures.
There’s just nothing we love more than watching two people navigate their way through a blind date; there’s all that simmering sexual tension, all those flirtatious glances, those intriguing over-dinner revelations, and all of those awkward dad jokes.
But things are about to get even more intense, as the show is lining up a series of must-see celebrity specials!
And there are going to be some seriously big names amongst those celebrity singletons - two of which will be particularly exciting for Gogglebox and TOWIE fans.
Oh yes.
Jess Wright, Scarlett Moffatt, Esther Rantzen and paralympian Will Bayley will all be appearing in the four special celebrity editions of the show.
And we literally cannot WAIT to see if they find love across a candlelit dinner at the Paternoster Chop House restaurant.
First Date’s executive producer, Nicola Llloyed, told List.co.uk: "It never seems to matter who walks through the doors of the 'First Dates' restaurant, regardless of status we're all vulnerable human beings and our celebrity series confirms this.
"We're proud to be able to maintain the emotional integrity of the series through these four unique celebrity episodes.
“Be prepared for some romantic matches alongside a few awkward encounters."
