The 31-year-old posted a photo of her and Peaches as children, alongside the caption: ‘My beautiful baby sister... Gone but never forgotten. I love you, Peaches x.’
Peaches passed away at her home in Kent on April 7. Her body was found by police after they were alerted by a neighbour who was ‘concerned for the welfare of a young woman’ at the property.
Bob Geldof released a statement shortly after reading: ‘We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.’
‘Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again?’
‘How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is.’
‘Tom and sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken.’
Peaches was mum to 23-month-old son Astala and 11-month-old Phaedra. She married musician Tom Cohen in 2012.
Tom said in a statement: ‘My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons.’
‘I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday. We shall love her forever.'
The cause of death is not yet known but police had ruled it as ‘non-suspicious’ but ‘unexplained and unexpected.’
