Well that clears that up then – after rumours that the I’m A Celeb runner-up would be ditching Brentwood in favour of a TV presenting career, Ferne McCann has finally admitted she's leaving TOWIE in a video message to fans.
The reality TV star, 25, has made the decision to leave the ITVBe reality programme to concentrate on her role as This Morning's showbiz guru - which she's settled into seamlessly since taking it on in January
The show's official Twitter account posted a video of her "setting the record straight over TOWIE rumours".
The 25-year-old said: "Many of you have been wondering if I'll be returning back to Essex after my adventure Down Under.
"I've been super busy since returning from Australia which means you won't be seeing as much of this (circles her face) on The Only Way Is Essex."
She then joked: "To be honest with you, you might enjoy the break!
"However, if any of my friends ever need me or need my advice I will make sure I am back to Essex to help them."
Retweeted by Ferne, 25, herself, the show claims she "will never be too far away from the drama" - so don't rule out a return just yet.
