Ferne McCann and Sam Faires have reportedly fallen out over their reality shows.

The pair, who previously appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, now have their own series after giving birth, with Ferne starring in First Time Mum and Sam being the focus of The Mummy Diaries.

But Sam is said to be unimpressed Ferne is following in her footsteps and their friendship is apparently strained.

A source told The Sun: “Their fallout first started when Ferne told Sam that she had landed her own pregnancy reality show.

“Sam felt like Ferne was trying to emulate her success by launching a rival programmer - and it made things awkward between them.

“Verne was never going to turn down the show as it was an opportunity for her to make money for (daughter) Sunday but without Sam’s support the breakdown of their friendship was inevitable.”

Fern is raising her first child as a single mother after the father, ex Arthur Collins, was imprisoned following an acid attack at a London nightclub.

And their friendship was apparently on the rocks prior to the TV war as Sam is said to have tried to warn Ferne about Arthur.

Sam, who has been friends with Ferne since childhood, “begged” her to end the romance but the romance continued and led to them no longer talking.
