There’s no denying that TOWIE beauty Ferne McCann looks incredible in a bikini but she reveals she won’t stop on her fitness mission until she’s got the svelte body of a Victoria’s Secrets model.
The 23-year-old reality TV star has spent the last six months on a body blitz, before Christmas she lost a stone and didn’t stop there. She then gave up alcohol for two months at the start of the year and went from a size 10 to an 8. But while she already looks picture perfects Ferne is determined to work on toning her body.
She says: “I don’t want to lose weight, my goal is to be more toned and have muscle definition. I’ve never had abs before so it would be nice to have a two pack but I don’t want to look like Jodie Marsh.”
While the body builder look is off limits for Ferne, looking like a Victoria’s Secret model is very much on her body wish list and she’s already set her sights on emulating the beauty of some of the best-paid models in the world.
She adds: “I have an image in my head of how I’d like to look and that’s Miranda Kerr and Adriana Lima – that’s my dream. I’m cool with how I am at the moment but by the summer I’d like to look like Miranda when I wear a bikini for my holidays in Ibiza and Las Vegas.”
While Ferne is dedicated to keeping her body in pristine condition she won’t go to extremes and takes a practical approach to her fitness.
She says: “You’ve been given one body and one life why beat yourself up about how you look? Embrace it and make the best of what you’ve got. There are always ways to feel more confident, buy some new underwear and don’t deprive yourself – who wants to just eat salad? That’s so boring!”
