She's recently been sunning herself in Dubai with pregnant best pal and former co-star Billie Faiers, where she posted a stream of bikini selfies to her Instagram feed.
But Ferne McCann says despite never being 100% body-confident, it's important to embrace your figure.
"Loads of people have been commenting that I'm 'body goals' which is so nice, and I wouldn't post these pictures if I didn't like them. I'm reasonably body confident, but think it's important to stay fit all year round rather than exercising flat-out the week before you go on holiday!"
The TV presenter credits her shape to working out three times a week, but says it helps that she doesn't party as much as she used to.
"I love boxing – it's one of my favourite ways to keep fit and really gets your heart pumping. I find it hard to get into an exercise routine, but tend to do something – even if it's just heading outside for a 20-minute run - three things a week.
"At this time of year it's tempting to just get cosy, put the TV on, and have chilled nights in. Especially as loads of my friends have started having babies so I love spending the evening playing with them."
But despite so many friends being coupled up, she is far from bored of the single life: "I never get fed up of being single! I've got a big group of friends and everyone's at different stages.
"There are plenty of my girlfriends who I can have singles night with, but I also love meeting up with my mummy friends for playdates with their babies and grown-up dinners. I can't wait to have kids myself, but I'm in no rush."
It's been a whirlwind year for Ferne, who this time last year was out in the Australian jungle competing in I'm A Celebrity... where she struck up a close friendship with winner Vicky Pattison, who returned to Oz to co-present the current spin-off show Extra Camp.
"It's crazy to think a whole year has passed since I was out there. I've always been a huge fan of the show and it's a dream that now I'm reporting on it for This Morning.
"I've been WhatsApping Vicky and she's loving it out there. We've got another work project lined-up together that we're really excited about, but it's top secret at the moment!"
And Ferne, 26, is also supporting this year's Children In Need campaign, and is planning on getting her friends for the annual TV charity drive.
Ferne says: "Children In Need is something I've grown up with, so I have so many memories of sitting watching it with my family. It's a fantastic show and raising money for such a good cause. I love being a host, so I always make sure I get loads of friends and family round, buy loads of food and put on a spread. It's an incredible event."
Asda has supported BBC Children in Need for 16 years, raising over £2 million to date, helping to change lives of disadvantaged children and young people in communities right across the UK. All products are available exclusively at George at Asda stores nationwide and on George.com.
