She's breached broadcasting regulations, apparently
Mum-of-one Ferne McCann has reportedly breached OfCom's broadcasting regulations because she used a branded formula milk for her one-year-old baby daughter Sunday Sky.
On the former TOWIE star's recent ITVBe programme about life as a new mother, First Time Mum, Ferne used Aptamil formula milk to feed Sunday Sky. OfCom have said this gave 'undue prominence to a baby formula milk' and breached product placement rules with visual and verbal references to the brand.
According to Metro, ITV have responded by saying: "None of their shots were unduly prominent." They also said no product placement arrangement was in place.
Ooo, errr.
Ferne doesn't seem too bothered by the accusations, as she's too busy spending quality time with her beautiful daughter. She recently posted a throwback photo to just moments after giving birth to Sunday, and captioned it: "The best experience of my life was giving birth to Sunday."

Once the kids were tucked up in bed, it wasn't long before the adults starting horsing around with the giraffe. Here's Billie Faiers galloping around on one.

And just in case Rosie didn't feel enough like a princess, her daddy Paul pulled her and the other children around in a carriage as they headed home.

It's been a difficult year for Ferne, after her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins was jailed for an acid attack. Ferne opened up about the attack in her TV series, revealing: "I feel very caged because it’s the obvious thing, every time I do something it’s the story from last year which comes up." She added: "I just feel very judged and every move I make I can’t breathe without being judged or someone having an opinion."
