The couple got engaged in December 2013 after two years of dating and one child together, Rex Rayne Wood.

Just weeks ago Fearne shared a loved up snap of her and fiancé Rex celebrating their third anniversary to her Instagram page, showing the pair relaxing by the sea in an unknown location.

In her interview with Red magazine this month, Fearne chatted excitedly about her upcoming nuptials, saying: 'I can't wait to be a wife. It just feels really solid. I want to have the same surname. I want to feel like we've done it properly.'

The star, who is best friends with This Morning's Holly Willoughby, made no reference to her wedding today when she tweeted a happy birthday message to her Dad, and fans were very much kept in the dark about the date of the nuptials.

Her husband to be is the son of Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, and plays guitar in the band Reef.
