Former Coronation Street star Faye Brookes has appeared to confirm her relationship with personal trainer Joe Davies, four months after her split from Gareth Gates.
The pair were spotted strolling hand in hand through Manchester en route to a charity event and even wore matching leather jackets.
Faye’s loved up display with Joe comes just months after she split with Pop Idol runner-up Gareth after an alleged fling with former Corrie co-star Sam Robertson.
Gareth was said to be devastated after his relationship with Faye ended and even worried that the stress of the break-up could make his hair fall out AGAIN after his 2017 hair transplant.
It was originally rumoured that Faye and Joe were an item just weeks after she split from Gareth but she issued a statement to deny that was the case, insisting they were just friends.

She wrote, “It’s been a really weird week. I’ve been throwing myself into the gym pretty much everyday, anyone who knows me knows how much I love training and keeping fit! It’s great for your physical and mental health. I’m a member of several gyms in Manchester including the fab Barry’s Bootcamp.
“So (yesterday) there was a pap outside the gym when I got there, taking pictures of me & getting very excited with his camera because I walked in with one of the trainers from the gym – who is a friend.
“I imagine that suggestions could be made from these pics that there is more to this. There isn’t.”

In other celeb relationship news, it looks like Katie Price has rekindled things with on/off boyfriend Kris Boyson after they were spotted leaving a Kent hotel before heading for a romantic winter break in New York.
“Kris and Katie stopped off at the Cave for the night,” a source told The Sun.
“In the morning they headed to the airport as they've booked a New York break in order to spend some quality time together.”
The recently bankrupt mum-of-five and Kris appear to have reunited following her brief fling with toyboy Charles Drury who she jetted off to Turkey with earlier this year.
