At the centre of the arguments is Teen Mom and adult film star Farrah Abraham who has already clashed with Natasha Hamilton.
Viewers watched in shock as the 24-year-old threatened to spit on the Atomic Kitten singer during their first night in the house.
And now she has turned her attention to former The Apprentice contestant James Hill.
The mother of one kicked off on the Channel 5 show last night, stating she didn't like James "staring at her."
She told him in the contestant's bedroom: "I really tried to have good relationships with everyone but you are staring at me all the time when you walk by."
James responded by asking "Are you actually serious?" to which Farrah stated: "I don't know what the fk is going on, i'm like what the fk is going on?" before walking past James and staring him down.
James tried to diffuse the situation by suggesting he won't look at her in the future but Farrah was not done, saying: "I don't think any other woman would be ok with you walking by them and staring at them when you're walking by.
"Don't stare at a woman the whole time you're walking by her if she is not f**king comfortable with it."
A visibly shocked James then said: "I don't want to argue with you ok? I wasn't looking at you funny."
"You're the one who started raising your voice and shouting, calling me a d**k and hurting my feelings."
James then tried to leave the room but Farrah followed him before pushing him and shouting in his face: "You know what I want to say to you? Grow the f**k up!"
The altercation ended with James mumbling: "Nice talking to you."
Fans of the show have been reacting to the argument on Twitter, with many siding with James and suggesting that if a male had been that physically aggressive they would have got in much more trouble.
Farrah is representing the States in this year's UK vs USA CBB theme.
