****Stacey Solomon has had a rollercoaster of a year.

Starring on The Jump at the beginning of 2015, the 25-year-old met and fell for Jackass star Steve O, going onto have a long distance relationship with him for six months.

Fastforward to the summer however, and the relationship ended suddenly, with Stacey left "very hurt" by the breakup.

But now, things are on the up, as Stacey explains the exciting projects she's got to look forward to over the coming months.

Stacey, tell us about your summer in LA?

LA life was fun! Sunshine, yummy food, and swimming everyday. I couldn't wait to get back to Essex though!

****I would love to have the chance to work in the states, in fact anywhere in the world as I love to travel but I think I would have to split my time between wherever I am and home. I love home! I have seriously strong roots!

You seem really close with Ashley Roberts, do you guys manage to catch up a lot?

I absolutely adore Ash, she’s the best! We spend lots of time together and try to see each other as much as we can as we are both always super busy. She’s a genuine, big hearted lady and I’m so glad I met her!

How do you manage to juggle being a single mum with all your other commitments?

I am so lucky and privileged to have the most supportive friends and family anyone could ever ask for! They’re always there when I need them and they help me so much. If it ever gets a little crazy we all get together for a team talk and work out what the best way to deal with it!

"I’ve never been faced with that dilemma before so it was a learning curve for me"

You’ve just come out of a relationship, is it hard introducing the boys to new people?

I personally, want to be honest and open with my children as much as possible, and I’ve never been faced with that dilemma before so it was a learning curve for me. Ultimately they are so surrounded by love that luckily they are always positive and happy and move forward and through things with me. We are a team and in this together!

I just want to be happy. So being single is fun and I’m completely fine with it I have two perfect men in my life and I don’t feel like having a boyfriend is the be all and end all. But I am open for prince charming to fall in love with us all and live happily ever after! Haha!

Tell us about your upcoming projects and plans?

I’ve recently teamed up with Dr. Oetker as part of their Even Better Baking Team to produce a series of baking tutorials to help people at home perfect their skills. For anyone who knows me well, they know I love any excuse to get my hands dirty in the kitchen.

For me, it’s about having fun and not being afraid of trying new things, so I’ve really enjoyed teaching my boys the new skills I’ve learnt. I am so excited to be working with Look Again on my first clothing range and we are starting ideas and plans for SS16. I am supporting the Blue Cross Campaign to home a pet every hour until 2016 which is something very close to my heart. And we are in the studio working on the second album and have some exciting new TV shows in action wahoo!!

You always look on trend and groomed, can you share with us some of your fashion and beauty tips?

Haha, do i? Erm…

If I am going somewhere special, I'll always get some glamorous full lashes and a new outfit! I love to be comfy so usually it’s something floaty. I'll probably call my hairdresser over to wash, blowdry and tong my hair because I am hopeless at doing my own hair! Then I’ll find my nudest of the nude lipsticks, a mini perfume and some seriously high heels, so I feel like my posture is better, and walk out of the door.
