Michelle told Closer Online that she enjoyed the event, but admitted to feeling a bit anxious before going onstage.
‘I was nervous… I’m not used to playing myself,’ the former Corrie actress said.
Michelle recently filmed her final scenes with Coronation Street.
‘It didn’t feel weird leaving, but I’ve had so long to prepare for it. I’ll miss all the people I worked with there.’
‘It’s like graduating university, I’m ready for the next step now.’
And is the next step now her big wedding plans? Luckily, Michelle isn’t getting too stressed out planning her big day with Mr Mark Wright.
‘We’re just too busy,’ she smiles. Michelle, who enjoyed a good natter with pal Amy Childs, hasn’t moved down to Essex yet, but is already feeling welcome by her new friend.
‘I don’t really go out clubbing much, but I think we’ll be going round to Amy’s house for dinner.’
As the rest of us refused some of the delicious treats in preparation for summer, Michelle tells us that she doesn’t like to turn down treats if she feels like it.
‘I only eat when I’m hungry. I don’t like to deny myself anything. If I want a brownie I’ll eat a brownie, if I feel like eating McDonalds then I’ll eat McDonalds.’
‘I just like to keep healthy. I know I’ve lost weight and I don’t like being too skinny.’
Mark Wright, the perfect gentleman, soon joined Michelle and even held on to her River Island clutch whilst his fiancée posed for pictures.
We wonder what the future has in store for the future Mrs Mark Wright?
