Have you recovered from filming Geordie Shore in Zante or are you still nursing a bit of a hangover?

I’m definitely trying to recover. It’s been nice to be home actually and I’ve been quite busy so I haven’t really had a break or anything. It’s just nice being back in England- apart from the cross weather obviously.

So what can we expect from Geordie Shore this year?

This series is very probably dramatic for me and Kyle especially. Me and Kyle go through a lot of sh*t and to be honest it wasn’t a very fun series to film.

It was really hard, me and him went through a lot. It was really difficult having to go through all that in front of another seven people where everyone’s got an opinion everyone’s judging.

You know when you go through a break up and you just wanna go to your bedroom and cry by yourself? I didn’t have the luxury to do that. I’d be crying one minute and sent off to a pool party the next. I’d have to stand there and he’d be there standing with a cocktail. It was just really surreal to be honest it was really horrible.

Do you feel stronger following the filming of the series?

Me and Kyle are trying to work things out and at the minute we are in a really good place. Sometimes I feel as though it takes something like that to happen to you to shock you into thinking ‘what are we doing?’ Lets give it another go’.

We are really good at the minute but I do feel as though all the things I went through the last series I never thought I’d be able to get through. I did so I do feel a lot stronger coming out of it definitely.

How did you stay on track with your diet regime when you were out in Zante?

I always expect to put on a few pounds when I go away, but to be honest with us filming in Greece, we order Greek salads and healthy food and stuff it was quite easy to stay on track during the day. A lot more so than it would have been in Newcastle, so it wasn’t as bad as I actually thought to be honest.

Do you and the rest of the girls encourage each other to eat healthy?

We always try and encourage each other, its like if one of us wants to eat something, we are like ‘come on do you really wanna eat that’. We just try help each other along really

So you don’t find yourself tempting each other to eat anything that’s off the menu?

Well sometimes we’ll come in with a bag of crisps and we’ll be like ‘ah for f**** sake’. But if we all do we don’t feel as guilty, we have a treat now and again.

What do you find most difficult to resist food-wise or drink-wise?

Probably cheese and pasta, things like that, things that taste nice but aren’t nutritionally good for you. If I’m going out for food, the carb side of the menu is the most difficult to deal with

Since your dramatic weight loss, do you feel more confident dating now that you have your dream body?

I’ve never really been massively confident with men or anything. I think no one’s ever fully confident, but right now I do feel that I’m at a place where I’m probably the most confident I’ve been with my body in my life, so I’m really happy with that

Have you felt that your sex life has improved as well?

To be honest no, my sex life has always been amazing! No matter whether I’m bigger or smaller I don’t think it affects it at all.

Is there anything you miss at all about your old figure or are you 100% feeling body confident?

No, nothing. I mean I could say I miss being on holiday and my legs rubbing together when I walk haha! No, definitely no. I don’t miss anything about it to be honest.
