Following on from his shock confession to Robert Sugden, Aaron Livesy will confide in mum Chas about being assaulted as a child by dad Gordon.
Emmerdale viewers were left heartbroken when mechanic Aaron revealed to Robert that Gordon raped him when he was eight-years-old.
But the upsetting scenes are set to continue, as Danny Miller, who plays Aaron, has revealed he will confide in mum Chas.
Speaking to Radio Times, Danny said: “It was horrible having to say those words. But it was one of my favourite filming days at Emmerdale. We’re all very happy with the way the scene panned out and if it encourages people who have suffered this kind of sexual abuse speak out, then job done.”
Unsurprisingly Chas is furious and quick to confront Gordon, who she has been seeing again.
Aaron begs his mum not to involve the police, and says he will be fine as long as he never has to see Gordon again.
When Chas breaks down to Gordon and demands the truth, he initially claims Aaron is lying.
But, as he and Chas continue to discuss Aaron’s allegation, she is left shocked by what Gordon says next.
It’s unclear if Gordon confesses, or attempts to cover up the sick reality, but Chas’ next move is a visit to Cain – and we all know what happens when the volatile Dingle gets angry…
