Lisa Riley shared a photograph of her amazing body transformation on Twitter - and there’s no denying that she looks incredible.

Beaming as she sits by the sea in Singapore, Lisa is clearly more happy and confident in herself.

Which explains her joyful caption: “Flying high on life!!!”

The 39-year-old has lost an impressive 6 stone, taking her from a size 30 to a healthy and curvy size 16.

And, speaking on ITV’s Loose Women, she explained that it's all down to her own hard work - she hasn't had any surgery, or embarked on any crash diets, whatsoever.

She said: “It’s weird. It’s still hard for me, to see my reflection.

“It’s insane, now it’s just so different. August 19 was the last day I consumed any alcohol. I did Zumba and Yoga which I adored.

“If I’m at a party and people are absolutely leathered, and I ask for another sparking water, that does sound weird to me. I can’t even drive so I can’t be a good taxi driver!

“I’m a real flagship for… I don’t believe in the fad diets. Why are you going to do a diet when you’re allowed to cheat?”

In a previous interview with Bella magazine, Lisa explained that she felt compelled to go on a health kick after her dad was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

He also suffered a cancer scare - which, for Lisa, was terrifying, as she had already lost her beloved mum to the same disease.

She said: “Losing my mum then seeing my dad wired up and nearly losing him and becoming an orphan was a shock to my system.”

“I don't want to be a statistic. I just want my health to carry on, to live my life to the fullest.”

And, refreshingly, the former Strictly star has revealed that the secret to her amazing weight loss isn’t some faddy diet.

In fact, it’s something pretty simple - and VERY sensible.

She explained: “I’m not on a diet - diets don't work.

“It's been about awareness and lifestyle. I'm loads more active than I used to be.”

Lisa now exercises regularly.

Her favourite ways to get active include walking (the NHS advise that we aim for 10,000 steps per day), zumba classes, and yoga sessions.

She has also cut alcohol from her diet.

Lisa said: “I’ve not drunk alcohol for a long time now.

“I pat myself on the back every day that not one drop of alcohol has passed my lips and I don't think it ever will again.”

We LOVE that Lisa Riley has opted for such a healthy and attainable weight loss regime - she looks incredible.
